About ME
I have been a caregiver for my husband who has Thyroid Cancer for over six years.

We have both been navigating through treatments and diagnosis together, however, our experiences have been completely different. He sees the world through the eyes of a patient while I see things as a caregiver and have learned that being a caregiver can be rewarding and extremely difficult at the same time.

I have realized that I can use my experience as a caregiver and my knowledge as a yoga teacher to create something that can support people who are caring for others. I can provide resources that caregivers can use when they need to take care of themselves as well as provide a space where they won't feel so alone.
